Welcome to your Eugene home base. This home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests. Inside, the home feels inviting and relaxed, with multiple living spaces, natural light throughout, and plenty of room to unwind after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for slow mornings, home-cooked dinners, or gathering together over coffee and conversation, while the comfortable bedrooms offer a restful place to recharge. Each bedroom has comfortable beds, fresh linens, and space to unpack. The bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer so you can pack light. Located just a short drive from the University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, downtown Eugene, and the city’s scenic riverfront trails and parks, the home makes it easy to experience the best of Eugene while still enjoying a quiet, residential setting away from the crowds. Whether you’re in town to visit the University of Oregon, catch a Ducks game at Autzen Stadium, or explore Eugene’s riverfront parks and trail system, this home was designed to make your stay feel easy, comfortable, and grounded.

The maximum overnight occupancy is 16 guests. Guests may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No day visitors or unregistered guests are allowed to enter the property at any time. Any overnight guests exceeding the 12-guest limit will be subject to a $75 extra guest fee per guest. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Please note: the property is currently undergoing renovations and design updates, and new professional photography will be added soon. The current photos reflect the layout and overall space, but the home will feature refreshed finishes, updated furnishings, and an elevated presentation upon completion. FAMILY: We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, steps, etc). Please see our House Rules for more information. PETS: We are dog friendly! No more than 3 dogs per stay. Dogs MUST be approved with your agreement to the pet rules, which we will send to you. Please notify us if you wish to bring any dogs.
